Delivery Area:
We currently offer delivery services only within India. We regret to inform you that we do not deliver to international locations at this time.
Handling Time:
Our team strives to process and dispatch all orders within 2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time:
The estimated delivery time for your order depends on your location within India. On average, deliveries are expected to take between 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. However, please note that delivery times may vary based on factors such as shipping address, public holidays, and unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Charges:
We offer Shipping Charges and Free Shipping on all orders within India.
We charge courier fees of ₹ 50.00. We also have Free Shipping If your order value is above ₹499.00.
If you place any order in Cash On Delivery (COD) mode, then you have to pay ₹49.00 extra. This amount is charged by the carrier company to us for Cash handling.
If you place an order in the Prepaid mode, then you will not pay this amount.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email, SMS and WhatsApp notifications with tracking information from the carrier end. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

Undeliverable Addresses:
Please ensure that the shipping address and Phone Number provided during checkout is accurate and complete. In case an order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange for re-delivery.
